By using LogMeIn Secure Remote access software you can allow us to access your computer, carry out diagnostics, install drivers, install software, upgrade Windows or other software. We can tune up your registry, clean up your hard drive, remove viruses - in fact we can do just about anything a live tech can do but we don't have to build in travel costs.

Australia wide and in fact world wide subject to time zones, as long as you have a minimum 512/256k DSL or better we can support you. Perfect for remote mining, rural or industrial applications.

Remote Secure PC and IT Support

By using secure remote access you can permit us to have full control over your computer. However you have the say as to say when we can access and you can watch everything we do and stop the process at any time.

If you are not an existing client we will charge you $25AUD per 20 minutes ( IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED IF WE CAN'T HELP YOU ) - you authorise each payment for each segment. Our first consultation we will charge a one off non-refundable $10 extra setup charge to ensure you have installed the Logmein software correctly, we will telephone you if required to assit with this, and this allow us to familiarise ourselves with your system. In order to maximise the efficiency of this we require you to:

install LogMeIn Free secure remote access from here. Carefully note the email address you chose, your access code and password then,
make your PayPal payment below no account required, credit cards accepted then,
open a support ticket describing the issue or work you require, or
if your need is urgent call us on 02 9037 4084 or 07 3123 5049 from 9am - 7pm Mon Fri
we will log into your system at a mutually convenient time, assess the job and if practical complete the job or,
provide you with a summary of what is required and estimated time required.

If we can't assist you we will advise you in our initial assessment and REFUND your initial consultation fee minus the $10 setup charge.
