Customer Relationship Management  (CRM)

We have extensive experience in developing and hosting FileMaker Pro (both Windows and Mac) and including the use of CDML and XML development of FileMaker databases on the web.  The following examples demonstrate some of the applications created by KeyChange.  Our standard development rate starts at only $60AUD per hour (plus GST for Australian clients only).

 

The Peach CRM system is a fully custom designed system developed to handle multiple remote users with access to over 10 related databases including client contact, portfolio, loans settled, email contacts, lenders knowledge base, lender login and contact data, commission tracking on over ten thousands client and partner records. Access is both application client and web based with full contact history management.


This client operate an online book and publication distribution service.  The database is served with in built web server.  They currently have over 8000 titles available.  This database is linked to an image library.
